 After 15 years of selling and servicing office furniture, everyone here at Office Horizons has seen a great deal of change within the industry. We strive to accept, adapt and incorporate change to improve the products and services we offer our customers. Since our incorporation back in the summer of 1993, three simple principles remain the same—I call them the three R's of doing business.
1. RESPECT the customer's bottom line as if it were your own, by providing honest and upfront pricing in all our quotations. At Office Horizons, we're interested in forging long term relationships. Our customers depend on us to consult, design and service all of their office furniture needs from one file cabinet, to a whole suite of offices.
2. It is our RESPONSIBILITY to find the best products at various price points to ensure our clients buy it right the first time, saving them time and replacement costs down the road.
