If for any reason you wish to return your chair, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-525-3398 for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Since many of our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging. Single chairs are subject to a 15% restocking fee and more than five chairs will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a manufacturer has a written return policy or agrees to take an item back, then the customer can send the applicable product back to that factory but is responsible for any and all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions. Order Changes & Cancellation If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation.
