Return Policy

Office Chairs

We understand that purchasing a chair on-line can be difficult, so we created the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, beginning on the date of receipt. If for any reason you wish to return your chair, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-525-3398 for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Since many of our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging. Single chairs are subject to a 15% restocking fee and more than five chairs will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Limitations to the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee include ordering mistakes on your behalf, and if color and/or fabric samples are not what you expected. Office Horizons provides free color samples and swatches at your request; we understand that colors and fabrics depicted on our web pages may differ slightly than the actual "real-life" result. We do our best to post disclaimers on all product pages, to notify customers of this potential risk.

All Other Items

Office Horizons 30-Day return policy applies ONLY to office chairs. Under no circumstances will Office Horizons take any item other than an office chair back. If a manufacturer has a written return policy or agrees to take an item back, then the customer can send the applicable product back to that factory but is responsible for any and all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions. Under no circumstances will Office Horizons accept returns based on color and/or fabric dissatisfaction. We offer free color samples and swatches to all customers to ensure 100% satisfaction. On all of our product pages, we've included disclaimers that notify the customer of potential color and/or fabric discrepancies that may occur between the "on-screen" depiction, and actual "real-life" result.

Order Changes & Cancellation

If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. In most cases, once an order acknowledgment is issued from the manufacturer, the item cannot be canceled. Cancellations or changes must be authorized in advance. Please call 1-800-525-3398 and a Customer Service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return authorization.
