All information submitted by our users on the “Send Us a Message” page, are used strictly as email communication. We do not record user information for any other purpose other than email transmission.
Any and all information submitted on our “Join our Mailing List” form, is collected for marketing purposes. By submitting personal information on this form, you grant Office Horizons permission to send you news and information about new products, events, or other applicable information. We will not, under any circumstances, disclose your personal information to any 3rd parties. To unsubscribe from our Mailing List, simply use the “Send Us a Message” form on the Contact page, and write “Remove me from your Mailing List” in the subject field. To unsubscribe from any email marketing campaign message, simply follow the link at the bottom of the message.
Any information submitted on the Self-Registration form to gain access to private portals may also be used in any marketing campaigns. To unsubscribe to any such activities, simply send us a message through the messaging link in the private portal. You can also unsubscribe from the email promotion, by scrolling to the bottom of the message and clicking “Unsubscribe”. Please note that all information on the Self-Registration page is securely encrypted on our SSL certificate. |
